Toners are usually the second step in a cleansing regime and their role is to help improve the condition of your skin by helping to maintain the Ph balance of the skin, giving it a more natural appearance. They help increase circulation and tone the skin resulting in a healthier glow. Toning helps finish the cleansing process as skin cleansers can sometimes leave residue dirt and excess oil behind. Toners are useful as gentle morning cleansers.
Chery Lin Skin Therapy toners and tonics are very mild and balancing. Only organic herbal and flower waters, a by-product of the distillation process of making essential oils, are used.
Note: Alcohol is included as an ingredient. It is used to extract the therapeutic properties of the plants and also acts as a preservative. It is produced from organic rye.
